Ingredients
Leather:
- 250 grams of wheat flour
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp salt
- 100 grams butter
- 1 sdtgula

- 4 medium-size potatoes, peeled, boiled / steamed, diced
- 3 carrots, peeled, steamed / boiled, diced
- Finely sliced scallions
- 3 red onions, puree
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- Pepper
- Salt and sugar to taste
- 1 whole egg
Step
- Dough skin: all the ingredients are stirred, add just enough water if the dough is smooth yet (such as creating a donut but without fermipan). Let stand for half an hour.
- For the stuffing: sauté the onion and pepper, add the potatoes, carrots, leeks, stir, and then enter the egg, stir until softened and fragrant.
- Taken a lump of dough skin, then milled (pipihkan), insert the stuffing batter earlier, rectangular sealed envelope shape. And so on until the dough runs out.
- Fry in oil medium (not too hot). Ready to serve. Usually I eat with vinegar palembang or cayenne pepper.
