Recipes and how to make Martabak Sausage Cheese


Ingredients

  • 6 lembarkulit dumplings
  • 3 sausages, 2 sloping sides
  • taste the cheddar cheese, cut into thin strips lengthwise
  • 1 egg white, beaten off
  • to taste oil for frying
  • according to taste chili sauce / mayonnaise
  • sufficient water


Step

  1. Soak each dumpling skin dry to wet, set aside.
  2. Arrange sausage and cheese inside the dumpling skin, fold and glue with a smear of egg white.
  3. Store in freezer at least half an hour. Remove and fries when you want served.
  4. Serve with chili sauce / mayonnaise.
